Role Description

An Italian-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Agent provides administrative and operational support for online gaming platforms. The role involves:

• Reviewing player accounts
• Verifying documents
• Investigating transactions
• Resolving account-related issues
• Monitoring compliance procedures
• Responding to customer enquiries in Italian

Ensuring a safe, secure, and positive gaming experience. Full, paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Italian, both written and verbal
• High level of English
• Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Valid EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit
• Must be either living in Bulgaria or willing to relocate
