Role Description

This remote assistant role provides support for invoice due date inquiries. Responsibilities include:

• Providing the due date visible on an approved online invoice.
• Checking that the invoice belongs to the right account.
• Passing disputes or exception requests to the billing team.
• Directing customers to the secure portal where their invoice is available.
• Following recipient verification and delivery rules when sending documents.
• Reading assigned online questions about invoice dates.
• Matching questions to the correct account and current invoice.
• Explaining where to find an invoice using standard guidance.
• Noting what was answered and what remains open.
• Following secure delivery procedures when a copy is requested.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, email support, or checking documents.
• A billing background is welcome but not required.
• Comfortable with dates and careful not to provide financial advice.

Requirements

• Ability to match invoice numbers and check for credit or replacement invoices.
• Record statements regarding payments and refer payment status to the verification team.
• Provide direct, courteous answers when the approved document is clear.
• Maintain visibility of original questions when referring to billing specialists.
• Include the exact number of invoices in internal notes when applicable.
