[Hiring] Inbound Lead & Client Success Specialist @Global Team

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional to join Global Team and work directly with our client. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients. You will:

• Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, coordinate appointments, maintain CRM records, and support clients throughout different stages of the real estate process.
• Collaborate with the real estate and leadership teams to ensure fast response times, accurate documentation, and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
• Engage prospective clients through phone, email, text messages, and other communication channels.
• Gather relevant information and qualify leads according to established criteria.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule and confirm consultations, property-related appointments, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain the CRM daily with complete and current information.
• Track all active leads, transactions, client processes, deadlines, and next steps.
• Conduct persistent and professional follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with agents and other team members to facilitate effective client handoffs.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
• Identify urgent matters and escalate them to the appropriate team member.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates throughout their experience.
• Support lead conversion and client retention without using an overly aggressive sales approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inbound lead management, client success, customer service, sales support, or a similar client-facing position.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience using CRM and lead management systems.
• Strong appointment scheduling and calendar management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond quickly and manage time-sensitive requests.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable for outcomes.
• Confidence communicating with prospective clients.
• Ability to manage multiple active leads and processes without missing deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
