[Hiring] Implementation Specialist @Weave

Role Description

The role of an Implementation Specialist is to build digital forms within the Weave software for our customers. They will be responsible for taking forms that are uploaded to Weave by an office and digitizing them into Weave digital forms with precision and a heavy emphasis on attention to detail.

This position is responsible for creating:

• Complete ownership of Digital Forms account cases
• Manage a portfolio of projects and tasks on Salesforce
• Coordinate with adjacent teams on all tasks related to onboarding
• Communicate clearly with your direct manager and other team members
• Provide a smooth customer experience
• Triage, troubleshoot and prioritize issues as they arise during implementation
• Utilize reports and data from various systems to help guide decision-making and manage your portfolio of customers

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with software & computers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (ability to articulate complex content with a simplified explanation)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year of data entry experience
• Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage a pipeline of projects
• Ability to function independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English speaking/reading/writing
