Role Description

Your Pool Pal LLC is seeking an Entry Level Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in technical support within the consumer services industry.

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our pool maintenance technology platforms.

We offer an hourly salary range of $25 - $30 USD, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to our platforms and services
• Document customer interactions and solutions in our support ticketing system
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate team members
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for common problems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and response time goals
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge
• Assist with creating and updating support documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
