Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with German and English based in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for German-speaking professionals who are passionate about online safety, digital security, and creating positive online communities.

• Review user-generated content
• Investigate policy violations
• Help ensure that online platforms remain safe, secure, and compliant with community guidelines
• Contribute to protecting users and maintaining the integrity of one of the world's leading digital platforms

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex guidelines
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and objectivity
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, fraud prevention, compliance, risk management, or customer support is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria
