Core Operational Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Service Excellence:

• Complex Inquiry Resolution:
  • Efficiently diagnose technical problems, execute structured troubleshooting scripts for medical hardware, and maintain clean, accurate customer account records.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance:
  • Adhere strictly to institutional operational guidelines, patient privacy mandates (GDPR), and internal key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure top-tier service standards.
• Continuous Professional Development:
  • Actively participate in continuous feedback sessions, coaching workshops, and skill enhancement seminars designed to optimize team performance and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C1 or native level equivalent) for flawless client communication.
• Professional working proficiency (B2) in English for internal operations.
• Mandatory legal residency and physical presence in Portugal.
