Key Responsibilities

• Promptly handle incoming inquiries via voice calls, electronic mail, and digital messaging from Dutch clients, delivering swift and secure resolutions.
• Support users with troubleshooting digital transaction flows, security verification, and general account queries.
• Maintain immaculate records by logging all customer dialogues, updates, and case resolutions accurately into our CRM databases.
• Coordinate seamlessly with risk operations and technical back-office units to untangle complex client issues.
• Project a polished, highly professional demeanor that reflects the prestigious reputation of an iconic global fintech leader.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Intermediate-to-advanced command of English (B2 level).
• Established residency in Portugal with fully verified local documentation (NIF, NISS, and legal right to work).
• A reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection suitable for remote digital communication.
• Previous working experience in client assistance, financial care desks, or e-commerce support.
• Exceptional listening skills, genuine empathy, comfort operating multiple digital tools simultaneously, and a methodical, detail-oriented work ethic.

Requirements

• This position is exclusively remote within Portugal. All applicants must already live in the country and hold active legal work rights, a local tax number (NIF), and social security registration (NISS).
