Role Description

Our organization is currently scaling its specialized healthcare support division focused on diabetes management solutions across Europe. We are seeking a customer-centric professional to serve as a German-Speaking Customer Advisor. In this capacity, you will act as the vital communication bridge between patients, medical technology, and support infrastructure, ensuring exceptional care delivery from a remote home office setting anywhere in Portugal.

Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Deliver professional, clear, and reassuring guidance to clients navigating complex diabetes care technology and therapeutic supplies.
• Efficiently process inbound inquiries, execute technical troubleshooting for medical devices, and maintain structured customer accounts.
• Adhere strictly to institutional guidelines, medical privacy laws, and internal quality metrics.
• Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and feedback loops to optimize service quality and patient satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in German (C1/Native level) alongside professional proficiency in English (B2).
• Mandatory legal residency and physical presence in Portugal.
• High emotional intelligence, exceptional resilience, active listening, and refined problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital customer support environments and a stable home internet connection.

Requirements

• Base Remuneration: EUR 1,100 gross / month (paid 14x annually).
• Daily Meal Benefit: EUR 7.63 net per working day.
• Working Hours: 5 days / week, 8 hours / day on 24/7 rotative shifts.
• Full remote work kit provided by the employer.
