• Assist customers via phone and ticketing systems.
• Help resolve questions about Fitbit devices and services.
• Provide personalized solutions and identify recurring issues.
• Work closely with your team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Support customers with device setup, troubleshooting, account inquiries, and everyday product questions.
• Identify trending issues and share valuable feedback with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, call centers, or the consumer electronics industry is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
