Role Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Flemish Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com to join a dynamic, internationally oriented team based remotely within Greece, supporting one of the world's most recognised online travel and accommodation platforms. • Handle inbound reservations enquiries from Flemish-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely assistance related to hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation options on the Booking.com platform.
• Assist customers with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout their entire tourism journey.
• Provide expert guidance on travel destinations, accommodation types, pricing, and availability, acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the global tourism industry.
• Liaise professionally with hospitality partners, hotels, and property owners to resolve booking discrepancies, complaints, and urgent guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, reservation details, and case resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell premium travel packages, room upgrades, and additional tourism services, contributing to overall business growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure that all Flemish-speaking customers receive consistent, high-quality support aligned with Booking.com's service standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments, promotions, and policies within the tourism and hospitality sector to provide customers with accurate, relevant, and current information.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Flemish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
• A solid command of English (spoken and written) to facilitate internal communication, training, and collaboration within a multicultural team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, or the tourism industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online booking platforms; prior familiarity with Booking.com or similar travel industry platforms is a distinct advantage.
