Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring for this position to join our fully remote, mission-driven team. This opportunity is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications—or for individuals who thrive in a people-centered, service-first environment. With comprehensive training, inbound client interest, and a structured mentorship program, you’ll have the support needed to build a meaningful, long-term career from anywhere in the United States.

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
• Cultivate long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
• Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
