[Hiring] Executive - Customer Experience @ixigo

Role Description

This is a fully remote opportunity with 6 working days. Candidates can be based anywhere in India and should be flexible working in rotational shifts.

• Candidates will be a part of a 2-week training program where trainers will help understand the nuances of the Hotels booking ecosystem.
• Familiarization with the travel booking space will be provided.
• This will be followed by an assessment to test knowledge, skills, and ability to perform job responsibilities.
• After successful completion of training and assessment, candidates will be absorbed on the payroll of Aasaan Jobs.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible to apply.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Calling and Backend operations.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is required.
• Candidates with a travel background will be preferred.
• Must have access to a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Requirements

• Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
• Report any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.

Benefits

• Compensation: INR 1 - INR 300000 monthly.
