[Hiring] Escrow Administrator @SeedTrust

Role Description

We're looking for an Escrow Administrator fluent in English and Mandarin to join our Escrow Operations team. You'll be one of the first people our clients talk to, answering their questions, setting up their escrow accounts, and ensuring every request is handled accurately and on time.

• Be someone our clients can count on.
• Answer calls and emails in English and Mandarin, providing clear and thoughtful support.
• Open new escrow accounts and cases, ensuring information is accurate and complete from the start.
• Confirm incoming deposits and prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other documents with accuracy and care.
• Help manage our shared inbox, organize requests, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Collaborate with Escrow Account Leads, Specialists, and other teammates for smooth handoffs and timely follow-through.
• Flag missing information, potential errors, or issues that need to be escalated before they become bigger problems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Organized, accurate, and take pride in getting things right the first time.
• Patient, approachable, and good at making information easier to understand.
• Comfortable handling multiple requests at once in a busy environment.
• Take ownership, follow through, ask questions, and speak up when something doesn't look right.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools and processes.
• Experience in customer service, financial services, or administrative operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with escrow, surrogacy, or fertility services is even better, but not required.
