Role Description

This remote position combines client support, appointment coordination, benefit education, and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs
• Manage inbound and outbound client communication
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Ask questions to better understand each member’s needs and priorities
• Explain benefit options and answer questions in a clear, professional manner
• Guide clients through applications, forms, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate digital records and complete quality-control reviews
• Follow up with members to provide continued assistance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team objectives

• Organized and attentive to detail
• Dependable with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using computers and virtual communication platforms
• Self-motivated and productive in a remote work environment

• Interested in professional development and future leadership opportunities
• Experienced in customer service or sales is an asset, but previous experience is not required
• Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
