Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Dutch Speaking - Inbound Client Advisor (Electricity Producer & Supplier) position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding their energy supply contracts.
• Provide expert advisory services on energy efficiency, consumption patterns, and billing inquiries within the electricity sector.
• Manage inbound communication via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Process customer contract renewals and modifications for a leading electricity producer and supplier.
• Troubleshoot technical or administrative issues related to energy service delivery.
• Identify and upsell sustainable energy products and value-added services that align with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or utility industry.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on client retention.
• Willingness to contribute to the growing sector of Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece.
