Role Description

We are partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors based in Athens, Greece, with a fully remote option available anywhere in Greece. In this role, you will deliver front-line service across major international partner projects—spanning consumer electronics, automotive services, and financial platforms—handling customer inquiries, product support, and service requests.

• Deliver multi-channel support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with account management, billing, orders, and service setup across diverse product lines.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for consumer devices, digital platforms, or connected vehicle tools.
• Coordinate specialized service requests, including roadside assistance or warranty claims, depending on your assigned project.
• Resolve customer inquiries with clear, patient, and solution-oriented communication.
• Document customer interactions accurately within internal ticketing and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2), paired with solid professional English skills (B2 or above).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a structured, helpful approach.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Good computer literacy, reliable internet connection, and comfort working independently from a home office.
• Must be residing in Greece or willing to relocate, with valid work authorization for Greece.
