Role Description

We are hiring an enthusiastic, customer-focused Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a premier global financial technology and online payments brand. Serving as the primary voice for Dutch-speaking account holders, you will manage inquiries related to secure transactions, account access, dispute resolution, and platform features—delivering an elite support experience at every turn.

Important Note: This role operates on a 100% remote basis exclusively within Portugal. Applicants must already reside in the country and possess valid legal work authorization, a local tax identification number (NIF), and a social security number (NISS).

Qualifications

• C1/C2 mastery of Dutch (written and spoken)
• B2 working knowledge of English
• Valid local residency in Portugal paired with active NIF, NISS, and legal employment eligibility
• A fast, stable home internet connection
• Prior exposure to customer service, financial helpdesks, or e-commerce environments
• Empathetic mindset, active listening, ability to multitask across software applications, and a structured, detail-oriented approach

Requirements

• Answer and resolve inbound requests via phone, email, and live communication channels from Dutch clients with speed and precision
• Help account holders navigate digital security steps, transaction histories, and general operational questions
• Accurately log, track, and update all client inquiries and case progress within our internal customer relationship management software
• Work hand-in-hand with risk teams and back-office technical divisions to resolve complex inquiries efficiently
• Sustain a high standard of professional courtesy and sophisticated communication consistent with a top-tier fintech name
