Our Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians to customers' homes/businesses. Experience working with ServiceTitan software and industry knowledge is extremely helpful, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC dispatch/scheduling experience required
• Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for best routing practices
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook Mail
• Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations
• Attention to detail
• Strong phone presence
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deliver world class customer service
• Be self-motivated
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
