Your role as a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative:

• Become the face of our client – an international company in the fashion industry where quality and customer experience are at the center of everything.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by handling inquiries about online orders, deliveries, and returns quickly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Handle written inquiries in Norwegian and contribute to team success by sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00
• Saturdays 09:00–15:00 (shifts are scheduled within these hours)
• Closed on Sundays

Qualifications

• You speak and write fluent Danish (native or C1 level) and have a good understanding of written Norwegian.
• You have strong communication skills and demonstrate empathy and active listening.
• Strong technical aptitude & multitasking: You have excellent computer skills and are comfortable managing multiple digital tasks simultaneously, learning new systems quickly, and handling several chat conversations at once.
• You easily absorb new information and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• You bring a positive attitude and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience – you believe the customer deserves more than just standard support.

Requirements

• A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps (fiber/cable).
• A quiet and suitable work environment at home.
• You must be living/residing in Sweden for this position.
