Role Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Help resolve user inquiries and issues;
• Communicate with users both in writing through support tickets and verbally via calls;
• Interact with English-speaking users from all over the world;
• Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written;
• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes;
• Stress resilience;
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle user objections;
• Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Interest in emotional and behavioral well-being topics;
• Readiness for long-term cooperation.
