Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other approved communication channels.

• Handle inbound customer calls and follow up with customers when necessary.
• Assist with initial customer inquiries regarding tax debt and potential tax resolution services without providing unauthorized tax or legal advice.

• Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with the appropriate team members.
• Escalate complex issues, complaints, and sensitive cases to the relevant department.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customers' personal and financial information.
• Follow company procedures, communication standards, and applicable customer privacy requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and case updates.
• Meet established performance standards for customer satisfaction, response times, attendance, and service quality.
