Role Description

Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world. This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Customer Support Conversations". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

• Paste in a full chat with customer support, both sides, start to finish.

Steps:

• Find a support chat or email thread you had.
• Copy the whole conversation, both sides.
• Answer the one question about how it ended.
• Submit.

What gets rejected:

• Do not send only your side.
• Do not send partial threads.
• Do not summarise it, paste it.

Accepted: Complete thread from opening to close, both sides present.

Pay:

• $0.95 per accepted conversation.
• At a typical pace of about 3.5 minutes per conversation, that is about $16 per hour.
• A 20-minute session of about 6 conversations pays about $5.70.
• 1 to 2 conversations per submission.
• You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid.
• Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when:

• Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries.
• Remote, on your own schedule.
• Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need:

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now).
• 18 or older.
• Your own writing, typed in the app.

How to start:

• Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).
• Create your account and open Tasks.
• Search "Customer Support Conversations", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.
• Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
