Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IICS Support Lead with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), data integration, and production support. The ideal candidate will lead production operations, ensure the stability and availability of data integration pipelines, manage critical incidents, and coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to meet service-level commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data integration and production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting IICS jobs, mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and schedules.
• Strong understanding of production support processes, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting Secure Agent, connectivity, database, API, and data integration issues.
• Experience supporting integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Knowledge of production deployments, job recovery, emergency fixes, and change management.
• Experience managing SLAs, operational KPIs, and support documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote production support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production support for Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), ensuring the stability and availability of data integration jobs and pipelines.
• Monitor and manage IICS jobs, mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data integration issues.
• Own incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and SLA compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve Secure Agent, connectivity, database, API, and integration issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage production deployments, emergency fixes, job restarts, recovery procedures, and change management activities.
• Prepare operational reports, track support KPIs, and maintain support documentation and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for automation, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure production support processes follow operational standards and service-level commitments.
