[Hiring] Customer Support Agent @Otonomee

Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Shared Services team. The successful candidate will work from home, allowing you to focus on providing an excellent support experience for our customers.

• Your main role will be supporting our partners and customers via email, phone, or chat to ensure they have the best and most expedient experience possible.
• You’ll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
• You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support.
• You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a contact center providing support over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
• Fluent in English – both in written and verbal communications.
• Good multitasker with strong organisational skills.
• Calm under pressure, showing empathy when dealing with customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and towards individual and team KPIs.
• Efficient, professional, and courteous in all duties.
• Regular consistent and professional attendance, and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance of the role.

Requirements

• 30 min Teams interview with the Recruitment Team.
• Language test if applicable to the role.
• 45 min Teams interview with the Hiring Team.
