Role Description

In this role, you will:

• Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.
• Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments.
• Manage complaints and claims regarding service delivery professionally thanks to your empathy and commitment to others.

Qualifications

• Bilingual – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Québec and will need to answer calls in English between 10% to 15% of the time.
• Be available to work 5 days anywhere from 20 to 40 hours per week: Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space within the province of Québec.
• At least three years of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task.
• Call center experience, a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
