Role Description

You must be based in Honduras to be considered for this role. Our client is a Nashville-based company helping customers run outbound, location-targeted lead-generation campaigns through both a self-serve platform and a done-for-you service where an operator handles targeting, templates, scheduling, and initial nurturing on the customer's behalf.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Customer Success Virtual Assistant to support our client's done-for-you lead-generation service. This role works closely with our client's Operations lead to build and run outbound campaigns on behalf of customers, drawing target areas, enriching data, sending outreach, and keeping every account's details accurate and current. All campaign work is reviewed and approved internally before it goes live, so precision and clear internal communication matter more than independent customer-facing judgment calls.

Our ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable learning new internal tools quickly, meticulous about documentation, and capable of growing into more ownership as the account scales.

The Customer Success Virtual Assistant will support our client's outbound lead-generation operations, working internally with the Operations lead (not directly customer-facing) to build campaigns, set up accounts, and maintain accurate records across our client's internal tools.

• Building and setting up outbound campaigns: drawing target areas, enriching contact data, and preparing outreach sequences in Instantly
• Managing customer account setup and keeping account/contact details accurate in HubSpot
• Tracking campaign status, template updates, and task progress in the team's weekly tracker
• Sending outreach and monitoring results, flagging items for Operations review and approval before anything goes live
• Managing opt-outs and ensuring outreach lists stay compliant and current
• Communicating daily with the Operations lead via Slack and Google Suite on task status and blockers
• Maintaining organized documentation so nothing falls through the cracks during coverage gaps (PTO, vacations, etc.)
• Flagging recurring issues or process gaps to the client's team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success, sales/marketing operations, or virtual assistant experience
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple internal tools (Instantly, HubSpot, Slack, Google Suite, internal admin portals)
• Highly detail-oriented, this role manages customer data and outbound communication that reflects directly on our client's brand
• Strong follow-through and organizational habits; comfortable working from an internal tracker/checklist
• Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote, part-time-to-start role
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
