Role Description

We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as an Associate – Customer Success upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

• Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers.
• Handle client queries via text and video calls.
• Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
• Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
• Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Freshers who will be completing their graduation/post graduation in 2025/2026 irrespective of their specialization.
• Passionate about data-driven insights.
• Eager to learn and adapt.
• Ready to take on challenges with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Traineeship Details

• Traineeship Program: 6 months: COP 2,250,000/month working 42.5 hours per week.
• Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary: COP 52,500,000 (Base Salary) + COP 17,500,000 (Performance Variable) working 42.5 hours per week.
