[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Teikametrics

Role Description

Teikametrics is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth across our Strategic Business Segment (SBS). This role combines eCommerce and retail media expertise with strategic account management and commercial ownership. You will build trusted relationships with enterprise brands, advise executive stakeholders, and translate advertising performance into actionable growth strategies using Teikametrics' AI-powered technology and managed services. We are looking for a proactive strategic partner who can anticipate customer needs, mitigate risks, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires balancing exceptional customer advocacy with commercial accountability, strategic thinking, and operational discipline.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Strategic Customer Management
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary advisor for customer strategy, performance, and growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with Director, VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop customer success plans and lead strategic business reviews, executive presentations, and growth planning.
  • Navigate escalations, address performance challenges, and proactively recommend strategies that improve customer outcomes.
• Retention & Revenue Growth
  • Own customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities while protecting recurring revenue.
  • Analyze advertising and marketplace performance to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable growth recommendations.
  • Partner with Advertising Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, and leadership to deliver customer value and resolve complex challenges.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging advertising capabilities to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, eCommerce, retail media, digital advertising, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven success managing enterprise accounts, driving renewals and expansion, and mitigating churn.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon and Walmart advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, leading business reviews, and handling commercial negotiations.
• Ability to interpret advertising performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional account management.

Pay Range

$79,000 — $125,000 USD
