[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @D2B

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a remote team supporting Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer success with a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships, drive engagement, and ensure customers are getting value from the product or service. This role is suited to someone who is highly customer-focused, proactive, organized, and confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Position: Customer Success Manager

Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month (The final amount will be at the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

Holidays: TBD

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health
• Proactively identify and address customer concerns, risks, and potential churn
• Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-ups
• Support customer retention and renewals
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption
• Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activities within CRM systems
• Track and report on customer success metrics and account performance
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
• Hands-on experience with Multiplier
• Strong experience managing customer relationships and accounts
• Proven experience with customer onboarding, retention, and renewals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with CRM and customer management platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to work Australian business hours
