[Hiring] Customer Support Specialist @FP Markets

Role Description

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email, and live chat.
• Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms.
• Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Assisting other departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills across live chat, email, and phone.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in forex, CFDs, or the wider financial services industry, will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM UTC+8.
• Ability to work on public holidays and one Saturday & Sunday a month.
