[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Bluecore

Role Description

Bluecore is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the day-to-day health and performance of a portfolio of retail and direct-to-consumer brands. As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will act as a trusted extension of their marketing team: analyzing performance, surfacing insights, and driving action that keeps programs winning against their goal. This is a client-facing role for someone who is analytical, organized, and energized by helping retailers grow through the Bluecore platform.

What You'll Do

• Own program performance for your accounts, summarizing daily, weekly, monthly, and year-over-year results and clearly explaining wins and losses versus plan.
• Analyze how key inputs (traffic, events, CTR, CVR, and more) impact performance, and translate the data into insights that drive client action.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to client marketing stakeholders, and guide how hypotheses are tested to prove or disprove what is affecting performance.
• Run primary diagnostics before escalating, using Bluecore, Looker, and Google Sheets to isolate when and why performance changed.
• Take ownership of the client program by proactively setting alignment meetings, documenting outcomes, and driving follow-up to close action items.
• Monitor account performance against last year and against goals, and plan the right actions to support renewals and upsell.
• Collaborate across your squad and supporting teams, sharing timely updates and proactively asking for help when needed.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders so you are seen as a genuine extension of their team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or for retailers, or a strong understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape.
• Comfort operating in analytics tools such as Bluecore, Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to build performance narratives from data.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills, with the ability to read back key points with both operational and business-level stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you probe the right sources, weigh alternatives, and ask for support when appropriate.
• A collaborative, accountable approach and the flexibility to stay positive through change.
• Baseline familiarity with commercial fundamentals such as contract timelines and consumption, and how performance can affect renewal or upsell.
