Role Description

We’re expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to work directly with members who have requested information about their available benefits. Rather than traditional cold calling, you’ll connect with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments, answer their questions, explain available options, and guide them through the application process.

• Connect with members through phone and virtual appointments
• Conduct professional benefit consultations
• Explain available programs in a clear and straightforward way
• Answer questions and provide personalized guidance
• Assist with digital applications and documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized member records
• Provide follow-up support and build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with people in a virtual environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching
• Genuine interest in helping and educating others
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an asset, but not required
