Role Description

As we expand our offerings to include cryptocurrency management, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to help manage and support our clients' cryptocurrency portfolios.

• Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries related to their cryptocurrency investments, portfolio performance, and other financial queries.
• Portfolio Management Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to assist clients in managing their cryptocurrency portfolios, ensuring they are optimized for growth and security.
• Account Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitor the performance of client portfolios and provide updates, reports, and recommendations to improve returns.
• Crypto Education: Educate clients about cryptocurrency markets, trends, and best practices for portfolio management.
• Client Onboarding & Consultation: Guide clients through the onboarding process, helping them understand their investment options, risks, and how to use the platforms for portfolio management.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Address any technical issues clients might face when accessing or managing their cryptocurrency investments.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that all client portfolios comply with financial regulations and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in finance or cryptocurrency.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, portfolio management, and blockchain technology.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
