[Hiring] Customer Service & Sales Representative @StratifyIQ

Role Description

StratifyIQ is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join its growing team. This role combines customer support with active sales responsibilities, including inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email communication. The ideal candidate has a background in BPO or call center environments, is comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions, and has a sales-oriented mindset focused on turning conversations into business opportunities.

• Handle a high volume of customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads, re-engage prospects, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and convert leads into sales.
• Manage warm leads and maintain consistent follow-up across multiple channels to maximize conversion rates.
• Use Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar, to manage communications, track activities, and organize daily workflows.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and sales pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, call volume, and sales conversions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a BPO, call center, customer service, or sales environment.
• Proven experience handling high volumes of customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
• Strong outbound calling, lead follow-up, and sales closing skills.
• Experience using Google Workspace, particularly Gmail and Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and performance-based KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in sales-focused customer service or inside sales roles.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialers, and customer communication tools.
• Experience managing warm leads, nurturing prospects, and following up through multiple channels.
