Role Description

• Answer inbound calls from internal and external clients
• Assist with online accesses and educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries
• Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
• Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
• Adhere to daily schedule by being available to take inbound calls as scheduled
• Ensure account verification procedures are followed
• Escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Have basic computer troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer Centric
• Experience – 1-5 years of experience in call center environment, ideally in a Financial Services industry
• EDU requirements – High school or equivalent, college degree preferred
