Role Description

We are looking for motivated and communicative Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer service team for an extended warranty provider for consumer electronics and home appliances — 100% from home. • Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegian-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
• Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
• Review of the submitted claims for damages

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PC literacy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Empathetic and socially competent personality

Requirements

• Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable)
• Internet connection with at least 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
• Quiet, lockable room with ergonomic workstation
• Residence in Germany
