• Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h
• Working hours: Mon - Sat between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Salary: 2.639,33 - 2.839,33 €/month
  • Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/month at 40h/week
  • Language Bonus 200 €/month
  • Performance bonus up to 200 €/month
  • Home office allowance 30 €/month

Your new tasks

• Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegian-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail.
• Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently.
• Review of the submitted claims for damages.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (B2-level).
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls.
• PC literacy.
• Previous customer service experience preferable.
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn.
• Empathetic and socially competent personality.

Requirements

• Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable).
• Internet connection with at least 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream.
• Quiet, lockable room with ergonomic workstation.
• Residence in Germany.
