• Provide accurate information to our customers.
• Log and follow up on correct and valid orders or requests.
• Deliver high caliber customer service on post-sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…).
• Capture all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Danish + advanced English.
• Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer-facing situations.
• Good team player with a drive for success.
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.

• Full-time (39 hours/week) fixed term (6 months) contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00).
• Salary of €19,623.94 gross/year + up to €1,500 gross/year in bonus.
