[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Kidde Global Solutions

Role Description

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, you will support the external sales team by managing and developing relationships with existing customer accounts, while also providing excellent customer service. The role combines account management, internal sales, and customer service, with a strong commercial focus. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts
• Proactively contact customers to identify and maximise sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and additional sales
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and regular business
• Provide exceptional customer service with energy, warmth, and professionalism
• Support Area Sales Managers with business development activities
• Liaise with internal departments and external carriers to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay up to date with new product launches, promotions, and company initiatives
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a high level of attention to detail
• Support customer-facing activities and procedures where required
• Remain proactive and adaptable, particularly during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an internal sales, account management, or customer service role would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
