Role Description

Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro passionate about hospitality and travel? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for accommodation rental managers and owners, delivering exceptional support and a positive partner experience!

• Handle all incoming contacts from accommodation rental managers/owners
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling & clear, professional communication
• Develop knowledge continuously to answer customer queries & resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for leading accommodation partners — room modifications, rates, availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes & methods to ensure accurate, valid, complete information
• Deliver great levels of client service and a positive experience for partners at all times

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Dutch & English (B2 minimum), oral & written
• Ability to identify, apply and explain product/service expertise with clarity
• Ability to cover morning, weekend, and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues
• Tech savvy, full proficiency with MS Office products
• Based in Greece with stable internet connection
• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday–Sunday, 08 AM–10 PM, 2 days off per week
