Role Description

As a Remote Customer Service Independent Contractor, you may have the opportunity to support established brands across a variety of industries. Depending on the client program, responsibilities may include:

• Providing professional customer service by phone and/or other supported channels
• Assisting customers with questions and general support needs
• Following program-specific procedures and guidelines
• Accurately documenting customer interactions when required
• Maintaining professionalism and reliability while working remotely
• Completing required training before beginning service
• Meeting applicable program performance and scheduling requirements

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States
• Have your own:
  • Windows-based Computer
  • Monitor
  • Keyboard
  • Headset
  • Reliable internet service
• Have a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote customer service
• Be dependable and able to work independently
• Successfully complete any required screening and program onboarding requirements

Requirements

• A background check is required as part of the onboarding/screening process.
• The background check must be successfully completed before you can proceed with applicable onboarding.

Experience

• No prior customer service experience is required.
• We are looking for individuals who are:

Independent Contractor Status

• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employment position.
• Independent contractors are responsible for their own:

  • Equipment
  • Internet service
  • Workspace
  • Other business-related expenses
• Contractors are responsible for maintaining their availability and meeting the requirements of the specific program they support.

Work From Home

• 100% Remote
