[Hiring] Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist @TEKsystems

Role Description

• Handling common remitting (processing money from employers to investment providers).
• Reviewing and processing seller reduction agreements (beginning, changing, or stopping contributions).
• Compliance monitoring and reviewing transaction requests based on employer plan documents.
• Answering emails and responding to inquiries.
• Processing paperwork and approvals.
• Handling approximately 20-25 calls per day.
• Multitasking between administrative tasks and phone calls.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES FIELD!
