Role Description

We're looking for Customer Service Associates to join our team and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the customer journey. • Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
• Ensure customers remain informed and supported throughout their experience.
• Take ownership of customer queries and provide regular updates.
• Manage expectations and help customers understand what happens next.
• Work closely with operational teams and internal stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by capturing feedback.
• Recognise recurring themes and help drive continuous improvement across our service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, claims, insurance, financial services, contact centres or other customer-facing environments.
• Genuine enjoyment of helping people and delivering excellent service.
