[Hiring] Customer Service Agent @FINN

Role Description

As our Customer Service Agent, you will be instrumental in keeping the high customer satisfaction rates at FINN. You will work closely with the rest of our customer service team while resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customers through phone and tickets from LINE / Facebook / Email on a daily basis.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Share with the management on recurrent issues to find a long-term solution and avoid those issues from happening again.
• Do follow-up calls to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Thai and English speaking).
• Has strong communication skills.
• Has high motivation and absolute reliability.
• Has a can-do attitude.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical thinking skill.
• Be good at handling customer complaints and have the ability to work under pressure.
