Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Customer Service Agents. You'll work directly with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support. No previous insurance experience is required.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll combine relationship building, client support, and consultative insurance sales to help families better understand their available options.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Listen to client needs and provide clear, professional guidance
• Answer questions about available benefits and coverage
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients identify coverage that aligns with their needs
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing policy and customer support
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Build lasting client relationships through trust and consistent service

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
