[Hiring] Customer Retention Specialist @Elevate Reach

Role Description

Elevate Reach is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist to help the companies we support keep their customers. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.

When a customer is thinking of canceling, you are the call that turns it around. You listen, find the real reason, and offer a solution that works for them. Strong retention work builds the same listening and persuasion skills that great salespeople rely on.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to customers who have asked to cancel or stopped using a service
• Listen for the real reason and offer the right solution
• Explain options, plans, and offers clearly and honestly
• Document every conversation and its result
• Follow up with customers who need time to decide
• Share patterns in cancellation reasons with the client team
• Meet weekly goals for customers saved

Qualifications

• 1 or more years in customer service, retention, or sales
• Calm, warm, and confident on the phone
• A good listener who can turn a no into a conversation
• Comfortable working toward weekly goals
• Accurate notes and follow-through
• A quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
