Role Description

We're looking for personable, organized individuals to help customers navigate reservation requests, compare options, and keep important details organized from the first inquiry through confirmation.

As a Customer Reservation Consultant, you'll combine customer service, research, and coordination to help clients make informed decisions and feel supported throughout the process. Depending on the request, you may assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, scheduling, or other itinerary-related details. No previous industry experience is required. Training and continued support are provided.

Your Focus Areas

• Customer Communication: Learn what each client needs, answer questions, and provide clear updates throughout the process.
• Reservation Support: Assist with availability, confirmations, changes, and important booking details.
• Research & Recommendations: Review options based on client preferences, dates, and other requirements.
• Coordination: Keep schedules, confirmations, and related arrangements organized and accurate.
• Follow-Through: Track pending items and make sure clients receive the information they need to move forward.
