[Hiring] Customer Growth Specialist @Uscreen

Role Description

Uscreen is the video monetization platform for businesses building recurring revenue from video content. You own a segment where retention is not where it should be. This is a coaching role measured in dollars, accountable for gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment of customers.

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment of customers.
• Find the pattern in why businesses in your cohort stall and build coaching that addresses it at scale.
• Run group coaching sessions, cohort programs, and asynchronous coaching inside Membership+.
• Coach customers through decisions that move revenue: pricing, packaging, positioning, offer design, email and funnel strategy, retention mechanics.
• Read your own data to spot accounts drifting before they churn and know which interventions worked.
• Build playbooks and session formats that make this repeatable.
• Bring what you learn back to Product and Success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in coaching, consulting, customer success, or digital marketing, with real ownership of an outcome.
• Comfortable advising solo operators and small teams on how to grow.
• Strong live facilitation skills: group sessions, workshops, webinars, 1:1 calls.
• Ability to read a dashboard and form a point of view on retention curves, cohort behavior, and funnel conversion.
• Working fluency with AI tools for research, prep, and synthesis.
• Motivated by being paid on results; a third of this package is variable.
• Clear, simple communication; complex ideas in, plain sentences out.

Requirements

• Experience growing something online and explaining how.
• Bonus points if you have been a creator, coach, or small business owner.
• Experience working with video businesses, online educators, or subscription and membership businesses.
• Knowledge of the surrounding stack: Kit/ConvertKit, YouTube, Kajabi, Circle, Squarespace, Meta, and IG.
• Experience building a scaled or one-to-many customer program.
