[Hiring] Customer Success Specialist @Catapult Sports

Role Description

We are looking for a talented, proactive, and field-oriented Customer Success Specialist (Tactics & Coaching - Soccer) whose drive for elite performance aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing company. Based in the United States, you will be a key driver in onboarding, supporting, and elevating our professional soccer accounts across North America (MLS, USL, NWSL, and elite academies).

• High-Impact Presentations & Industry Representation: Design and deliver compelling, high-value presentations and technical workshops tailored for professional clubs, federations, and high-level decision-makers.
• Full-Ecosystem Workflow Enablement (Video + GPS + Hub): Onboard and train professional soccer clubs on Catapult’s integrated suite: Video Analysis (Focus/MatchTracker), Integrated Wearable/GPS Data, Tactical Metrics (Impect), and Catapult Hub.
• Client Transition & Value Enablement: Support soccer clubs transitioning to Impect, Focus, and Catapult video platforms.
• Proactive Account Retention & Business Intelligence: Act as a trusted strategic consultant for Performance Directors, Head Analysts, and Technical Staff.
• High-Frequency Field Presence & On-Site Support: Travel extensively across North America to conduct hands-on training and provide match-day support.
• Voice of the Customer & Product Alignment: Collect structured feedback from elite soccer analysts and coaches.

Qualifications

• Proven Applied Background in Soccer Analysis: 3+ years of experience working within professional soccer environments (MLS, USL, NWSL, or elite collegiate level).
• Exceptional Public Speaking & Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to create value-driven, professional presentation decks.
• Integrated Software & Tactical Data Proficiency: Direct experience with professional video analysis software and exposure to advanced tactical data platforms.
• Commercial Acumen & Strategic Awareness: Ability to distinguish technical user feedback from commercial opportunities.
• Established Industry Network: Strong existing professional network with technical, tactical, video, and performance staff.
• High Travel Availability & Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50%+ time).
• Strong Communication & Consultative Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex tactical data models into actionable insights.

Requirements

• In 6 months time, you will have established a joint commercial cadence with the BDM, completing account audits across primary MLS and USL accounts.
• You will have built a portfolio of high-value presentation decks and delivered successful keynotes/workshops.
• You will have led successful client implementations of the integrated Video + GPS ecosystem and Catapult Hub.
• You will be fully autonomous in conducting on-site training workshops across North America.
• In 12 months time, you will have achieved industry-leading retention rates and directly contributed to expansion ACV.
• You will be recognized as a leading voice and speaker for Catapult at major sports tech conventions.
• You will have established Catapult Hub and the integrated Video + GPS solution as the standard operational workflow.
• You will serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert for soccer tactical workflows and commercial account management.
